1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Hazionetechnologies ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services (including Web Development, Data Analytics, AI Automation, and Social Media Ads Management), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services & Deliverables

Our services are provided based on mutually agreed-upon Statements of Work (SOW) or project contracts. While we strive for excellence, specific outcomes (e.g., exact ROI on ad campaigns, specific search engine rankings, or absolute bug-free software) cannot be guaranteed due to the dynamic nature of technology and third-party platforms.

• Web Development: Client is responsible for providing timely content, assets, and feedback. Delays may impact project timelines.
• AI & Automation: Automated workflows and AI agents are provided "as-is". We are not liable for downstream operational disruptions caused by third-party API changes or platform updates.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all invoices, the Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables (e.g., website code, design assets, custom dashboards) for their business purposes.

Hazionetechnologies retains the right to reuse generic, non-proprietary code snippets, frameworks, and methodologies developed during the project. We also reserve the right to showcase the final work in our portfolio (e.g., Gallery page) unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed and a confidentiality fee is agreed upon.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We take data security seriously. In compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and global standards (like GDPR):

• Data Collection: We only collect personal data (name, email, phone) via our contact forms for the explicit purpose of communication and service delivery.
• Client Data: Any proprietary business data, analytics, or customer lists shared with us for Ads Management or Data Analytics services will be treated with strict confidentiality, used solely for the agreed-upon purpose, and securely deleted or returned upon project completion.
• Cookies: Our website may use essential cookies to ensure proper functionality. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Payment structures are defined in individual project contracts. Typically, a non-refundable mobilization fee (e.g., 50-70%) is required before work commences.

Due to the allocation of time and resources, fees paid for work already initiated or completed are non-refundable. If the Client terminates the project prematurely, they are liable for all work completed up to the termination date.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hazionetechnologies and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
